My only complaint would be the bathroom was alittle out dated mostly the tub
And next time id ask for a room away from a main door cause we had people outside our window all night drinking and walking in front of our window.
Value tho for what we got was great. Would stay again.

The Inn was a surprise, we didn't have any expectations but the room was a great size for a family of 4 to share and clean. Staff was friendly.

It is a university town with all the benefits and distractions. Busy downtown loaded with traffic on streets and sidewalks. Lots of food joints with adequate quality of foods. We ate at an average non descript Greek restaurant that felt like we were eating in a dorm cafeteria. The city has f the Walmart and McDonald's to confirm its status and size and may even have a Dollar General.

Total waste of money!
Total waste of money! We booked five rooms for one night and stayed only 7-8 hours. Our experience was far less pleasant than the expectations. All rooms were full of mosquitoes, floor tiles were broken, toilets flush didn’t work.

Great place for staying with family or friends.
Great place for staying with family or friends. There's an indoor pool and hot tub if you want to alternate between cold and hot. The beds are comfortable and clean. If you want to do gym, there's a good little gym with fair enough equipment. Also, the hotel is near to the mall, just needs a walk literally outside the hotel and there you are.

Unfortunately we were there for a funeral.
The city is beautiful and lots of places to eat.
Beaches are great.

i am not please with the Booking.com i wanted to stay 2 night instead of one Booking .com say i could not get a 2nd night called the hotel directly and they said there was no problem and we had to pay booking.com one night and the hotel directly the 2nd night
Parking was a requirement yet they charge you above the cost the room cost for each day parking
The hotel is old and the cost is high for a hotel needing work
the one advantage is the down town location

"The dude in the Nude" were very, no extremely, helpful -- not only for Fredericton but the whole of the surrounding area. Although some things were closed the self guided walking tour with well placed plaques, along with art galleries for the rainy times the trails along the river, & thebeautiful old homes and I got to Thurs.night market. Yes out of prov. free parking ticket. If you take your time lots to do . There are way toooo many choices for eating . Unable to tour play house -graduations going on ,the legislature was in a controversial uproare and something was going on at Christ Church Cathederal so didn't get to see the interior esp stain glass windows. We stayed in the hotel for a week. The staff is very friendly and provided a small fridge upon my request. They also booked a room not facing the highway as it was specified in my booking. The hotel has a great location as it's in a walking distance to a mall with a food court and many stores including Walmart. The housekeepers changed towels and moped the floor everyday. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi which we were happy to use. The gym room is small but it has everything that you need to exercise.
Amazing stay, love the drive up outside rooms so much easier then lugging your luggage through a lobby , up elevators, down hallways lol they are far superior to any other rooms I've gone to with drive up parking. Honestly rooms were cleaner then most 4 ⭐ hotels.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend staying here.
Also the only hotel I've seen have an
Emergency epi pen & defibrillator station .
100% impressed with my stay. Will be back .
Breakfast the standard hotel buffet.
Throwback hotel. if you want to know what a hotel was like in the 70’s, this is it. Our room was an inside courtyard with balcony overlooking the enclosed pool, hot tub, and dining area. There was a chlorine smell when on the balcony, but it felt quite nostalgic to me; reminded me of my youth staying in the Park Motor Hotel in Niagara Falls back in the early 70’s with my parents.
The location is quite convenient for visiting Fredericton with less traffic and easy to park. the facility is not quite new but felt comfortable and friendly. The room is not large and luxurious but clean and quiet. The room rate is valuable and affordable. I would like to stay again for the next trip.
We went for a hockey tournament and even if there was several teams in the hotel, the hallways were quiet. Lots of meeting rooms for kids and parents to gather without bothering other guests. Cozy place. Staff was chill. The kids had fun in the pool. It's an older place, but still clean.
The breakfast was great. What I read about Angie's pancakes was right on. They were delicious. The room and Inn were beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Carriage House Inn and will stay there again when in Fredericton.
The location was great, right downtown with easy access to everything. Check-in was easy and the room was clean and felt safe with the current COVID regulations. The hotel is super new and quiet even though it's located near the main street. Would definitely stay again.
We had 2 rooms reserved at this hotel and everyone I travelled with told me it’s the best accommodation we’ve had during our trip. It has a very welcoming reception area, very clean, and very organized hot breakfast was served!
The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Very quiet, which was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
What a great hotel! Staff was so kind and helpful. The room was so much much more than I expected. I also made use of the hot tub and pool since I was there. Loved it! Never staying anywhere else in Fredricton.
Pro: the rooms were clean and the bed was confortable. The pictures of the hotel on booking.com looks really good, id say BETTER than what it really is so congrats on the photography skills!
Convenient location. Good and clean rooms. Gas station nearby. Perfect place to stop and rest for the night before continuing road trip without having to enter Fredericton city.
