We only stayed for 1/2 a night due to catching an early flight so missed the breakfast. Location was spot on for us - 15 mins to carpark 5. Village was nice for a wander and lots of pubs with food nearby + chip shop.

We were at a three day conference at the NEC. We really liked the short trip by public bus there and that the bus stop was just across the road from the hotel. We left our car in the hotel car park. The man working in the hotel was helpful and accommodating.
